Return & Refund Policy

Overmatch Labs, LLC

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales made through overmatchlabs.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

Due to the nature of our research-grade products, once an order has been shipped and leaves our possession, we can no longer verify chain of custody, storage conditions, handling, or product integrity. For this reason, we cannot accept the return of any product that has left our facility.

This policy applies to all products without exception, including but not limited to: opened or unopened products, partially used products, products you no longer need, products ordered in error, and bulk or wholesale orders.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a product has shipped, it cannot be sent back to our facility. We are unable to repossess, restock, or resell any product that has left our controlled environment.

3. NO REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for any order that has been shipped. This includes requests based on buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, duplicate orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with product for any reason.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at support@overmatchlabs.com. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or you received the wrong product due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@overmatchlabs.com with the following:

We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement shipment. No returns will be accepted — do not ship any product back to us unless explicitly instructed to do so in writing. Any product sent back without prior written authorization will not be processed and will not result in a refund or credit.

6. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and is not guaranteed. Overmatch Labs is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

7. PRODUCT QUALITY

All Overmatch Labs products are third-party tested for purity and identity before shipment. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product in our COA Vault. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product specifications and accept them as listed.

8. WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY

As a supplier of research-grade peptides and compounds, product integrity is paramount. Once a product leaves our temperature-controlled facility, we have no way to verify that it has been stored, handled, or transported in accordance with required conditions. Accepting returns would compromise our quality standards and put other customers at risk. This policy is standard across the research chemical and peptide industry.
