1. RESEARCH USE ONLY STATEMENT
All products purchased from Overmatch Labs, LLC are classified as “Research Use Only” (RUO) reference materials intended for laboratory research in professional and institutional settings ONLY.
Our products are for research and investigational purposes only, for use by trained scientists and researchers, and for use in controlled laboratory environments. They are NOT approved for human consumption, NOT approved for veterinary use, NOT approved for any medical, therapeutic, or clinical application, NOT approved for cosmetic use, and NOT approved for food or dietary supplement use.
2. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. This includes, but is not limited to: ingestion (oral consumption), injection (intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous), inhalation or nasal administration, topical application on skin or mucous membranes, and any application that could introduce the product into the human body. 5. PURCHASER CERTIFICATION
By purchasing from Overmatch Labs, you certify that: you are a legitimate researcher, academic institution, pharmaceutical company, or contract research organization; you have the legal authority to purchase and handle research compounds; you understand the legal restrictions on research compound use in your jurisdiction; you will use products EXCLUSIVELY for authorized research purposes; you will NOT sell, transfer, or distribute products to unauthorized parties; you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; you understand the risks associated with handling research compounds; and you have proper training and facilities to safely handle research materials.
Misrepresentation of your authority or intended use may result in legal action and prosecution.
6. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
YOU assume FULL legal responsibility for: determining the legality of purchasing and using specific compounds in your jurisdiction, obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals before use, complying with institutional safety protocols and regulations, compliance with IRB guidelines if conducting human-subject research, proper storage, handling, and disposal of research materials, and ANY consequences arising from use of our products.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVERMATCH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR: personal injury or death resulting from any use of products, property damage or environmental contamination, regulatory violations, fines, or legal penalties, unauthorized resale or distribution, misuse, improper handling, or storage, any consequences arising from use outside of authorized research purposes, and any third-party claims or lawsuits related to product use.
OVERMATCH LABS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF SAFETY, EFFICACY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. THIRD-PARTY TESTING & QUALITY
Our products have been tested by independent third-party laboratories for purity, composition, sterility, safety, and identity confirmation. However, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy of testing or shelf-life. Independent testing does NOT constitute FDA or regulatory approval.
9. INSTITUTIONAL COMPLIANCE
If affiliated with a research institution: obtain all required approvals from institutional oversight committees, comply with institutional safety protocols, obtain IRB or IACUC approval if conducting animal or human research, and maintain all required documentation and permits.
10. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
Research compounds may be ILLEGAL or RESTRICTED in certain jurisdictions. DO NOT PURCHASE if prohibited in your location. YOU are responsible for verifying legality in your jurisdiction BEFORE purchase.
11. GOVERNMENTAL COMPLIANCE
Our products are distributed in compliance with 21 CFR 320.4, DEA Chemical Diversion Awareness Program, state and local research chemical regulations, and all applicable federal laws. Individual purchasers are responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
12. PROHIBITION ON HEALTH CLAIMS
The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: claiming products treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or diagnose any disease; claiming products are safe for human use; claiming products have pharmaceutical applications; recommending products for medical, therapeutic, or cosmetic purposes; providing medical advice regarding product use; marketing products to patients or consumers; using testimonials claiming health benefits. These claims violate FDA regulations and applicable law.
13. PENALTIES FOR MISUSE
Misuse of research compounds may result in criminal prosecution and imprisonment, civil liability and damages, DEA seizure of products, asset forfeiture, loss of research licenses or institutional affiliations, and professional consequences and sanctions. Overmatch Labs will cooperate fully with law enforcement in prosecuting misuse.
