SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to the UNITED STATES ONLY (48 contiguous states + Alaska and Hawaii). We do NOT ship to international addresses, military APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or PO Boxes. Orders to non-eligible regions will be canceled and refunded automatically.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $9.99 (all US addresses) — Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days from shipment via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $150 — Automatically applied at checkout.
Rush Shipping: 2-3 business days — Contact customer service for pricing and availability.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time is 1-2 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number within 2 business days of order placement.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard: 5-7 business days after shipment. Rush: 2-3 business days after shipment (if available). These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on carrier schedules, weather conditions, location, and holiday schedules. Overmatch Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Damaged Products: Inspect package immediately upon delivery. If damaged, photograph the damage within 48 hours and contact us at shipping@overmatchlabs.com. If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Lost Shipments: If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier. Resolution typically takes 10-15 business days.
6. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Standard orders do NOT require a signature. High-value orders (over $500) may require adult signature (18+).
7. SPECIAL HANDLING FOR RESEARCH PRODUCTS
Our products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs, sealed tamper-evident containers, labeled per research chemical guidelines with clear “Research Use Only” labeling. Products must be stored at appropriate temperatures upon delivery (typically 2-8°C refrigerated).
8. RESHIPPING & ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. If the order has already shipped, reshipping is not available.
9. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Packages are considered “delivered” when the carrier scans the package as delivered at your address. We are NOT responsible for packages stolen from porch or mailbox, packages left with neighbors, or packages damaged after delivery.
