What are your shipping options and timeframes?
We ship within the United States only, with tracking on every order. Standard shipping is $20 on orders under $200, and orders of $200 or more ship free. In-stock items ship right away, and special order items take about 2 to 3 weeks.See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened, used or transferred products are not eligible for return or refund. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. To start a return, contact orders@overmatchlabs.com and read the full terms in our Terms of Service.
Are your products RUO compliant?
No. All Overmatch Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use, including consumption, injection or any medical purpose. Every product is supported by a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory, available in our COA Vault. Read our full Research Use Only Disclaimer.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale accounts have separate catalogue pricing, with a $500 minimum order. To apply, use the wholesale page or email wholesale@overmatchlabs.com with your organization details.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis for my product?
Search the COA Vault by product name or batch number to open the independent laboratory report, including the purity result. The COA link is also on each product page. If you cannot find your batch, email support@overmatchlabs.com with your product name and batch ID.
